Absolutely. At least one friendly, professional attendant will be onsite for the entire booking to assist your guests, manage the booth, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Setup usually takes around 60 minutes, and teardown about 45 minutes. We always arrive early so the booth is ready to go before your event begins.

Typically, a 10×10 ft space works perfectly for the booth, backdrop, and props table. We’ll confirm exact space needs based on the package you select and the space available at your venue, so everything fits seamlessly.

Yes, we offer online gallery access as an add-on, so you and your guests can relive the memories long after the event.

Yes. Depending on your package, you can choose instant prints, digital QR sharing, or both. We’ll help you decide the best option for your event.

Our booths are thoroughly tested before every event, and our attendant is always onsite to troubleshoot right away if needed. In the rare case of an issue that prevents the booth from working as promised, we’ll handle it fairly on a case-by-case basis to make sure you’re taken care of.
